Plum Natural Products assumes no liability for the misuse of our products. Ingredients such as essential oils and botanicals often have methods, treatments, traditional properties and uses listed. This information is provided for informational purposes only. Any reference to medicinal or health benefits are not meant to treat or diagnose any medical condition. It is not meant to replace professional medical advice and should not take the place of any prescribed medicine. We use both fragrance and/or essential oils, botanicals, and other natural ingredients in the creation of our products. Persons with allergies or skin sensitivities may have a reaction. If irritation occurs, please discontinue use. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or nursing, please seek advice from a medical physician before use of any product containing essential oils, botanicals, or synthetic fragrances. We make no claims for our soap except that it will clean. Any rewarding results that occur are entirely circumstantial.

All orders should be placed on our website PlumNaturalProducts.com. We do accept orders via phone during normal business hours as well. If you have already submitted your order and would like to make a change to it, please notify us as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped we will not be able to make changes or cancel your order. Plum Natural Products has physical store locations based in both Lebanon, OH and Nashville, IN.
Due to the type of products that we sell, we DO NOT accept returns or make exchanges. Once our products leave our facility we are not able to control the level of purity or sanitation. These items are not able to be restocked once they leave the facility. Please make sure that you check your order sufficiently before submitting it. We are not to be held responsible if you do not like the color, scent, texture, etc. of the products once you receive them.
If you receive your package and it is obviously damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us within 48 hours to make a claim. If you receive your order and the products are damaged inside the box or packaging, please notify us within 48 hours to make a claim. Please keep all packing materials and products intact, in the box until further instruction is given. You may need these items to remain in the same condition you received them in order to prove damage to the shipping company.
If we send incorrect items, please notify us within 72 hours. We will take the proper steps to ensure that you receive the correct items that you ordered.
We utilize the right to ship your order to you with the shipping company that offers the highest quality service for a reasonable amount. If you choose to have your order shipped with a specific carrier please contact us via phone to make the appropriate changes to your order. This could result in additional shipping charges.
Most orders received will be shipped within four business days. During busy holiday seasons we ask that you allow 7-10 business days. Please plan orders for these holidays with this time frame in mind.
It is very important that you provide the correct shipping address. If you provide an incorrect address and your order must be re-shipped you will be responsible for additional shipping charges.

All consumer orders placed through our website will ship out via our normal shipping method via USPS. If you need this expedited please contact us. Additional shipping fees may apply for faster shipping methods. Free shipping does not apply to wholesale orders.
If your package is returned to us by our shipping company after 3 delivery attempts, we will be glad to reship this for you but the cost to reship will be your responsibility. The cost to reship will be equal to the amount you paid for shipping on the order. In the event this occurs when free shipping is applicable then regular shipping rates will apply.
We ship all of our products from Lebanon, OH. Depending on your location, it will take anywhere from two to five business days to reach you.
Any orders that are placed will be charged the applicable sales tax rate for the State of Ohio.
Out of Stock Items
We make every attempt possible to keep all items fully stocked. There are times where we do run low on an item and you may order an out of stock item. If this happens we will notify you. In the event that an item is out of stock we may offer a replacement item, back order the item, or offer a refund for the item.
Acceptable Forms of Payment
Plum Natural Soap processes credit card payments through a secure online server. We also offer PayPal as an additional payment option. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, or wire transfers. If you are picking your order up locally we accept payment in the form of cash or credit card.
